About
My Value and Approach
I believe every person has worth, even when life makes it difficult to feel that way.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, grief, or feeling stuck, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences together.
My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed and grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I also draw from other evidence-based approaches to support your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Together, we can deepen self-understanding, build resilience, discover new possibilities, and create space for meaningful and lasting growth.

Experience
For over 20 years, I have supported individuals and families across family service, community, and mental health settings in both Hong Kong and Canada.
My experience spans the non-profit and public sectors, including counselling, mental health support, crisis intervention, community-based care, and supporting the learning of social work students through field education. These experiences continue to shape my compassionate, client-centred approach to psychotherapy.
